Can a student still make changes to the project section once it's in 'Ready for Review" state?

Absolutely! If you need to make further changes while your section is being reviewed by your teacher, click on the 'BACK TO DRAFT' button

Also note that if a teacher has feedback for you, they might mark the project as 'Back to Draft' so that you can make changes based on the feedback
