Can participants create projects in teams?

Yes, participants have the ability to create projects in teams. When a participant starts a project, they can invite other participants to join their team. To invite team members, the project owner can click on the plus icon in the "Teams" section, type in the email address or username of the participants they want to invite, and click on the "Send Invite" button.
