How can I change my email address?
It's crucial that the email address associated with your ProjectBoard account is accurate and accessible, as we will be sending important communications about your participation in the program.
We strongly recommend that you do not use a school email address, as many school domains block external emails. Instead, please use a personal email address or a parent's email to ensure you receive all necessary updates.
Follow the steps below to update your email address on ProjectBoard.
Click on your profile icon on the top right hand corner and then click on the ‘Profile’ tab
Click on the ‘Settings’ tab
In the ‘Change Email’ section, enter the new email address you’d like to use (please note that you should not have used this email address on ProjectBoard previously)
Click ‘Save’ once you’ve entered the new email address.
When you’d like to login the next time, make sure you login with the new email address.
