How to create a New Teacher Account on ProjectBoard for Ohio Academy of Science Events

To participate in the Ohio Academy of Science events through ProjectBoard, you'll need to create a teacher account if you don't have one already. If you already have an account, follow this guide to re-activate it for this year.

Follow the steps below to get started:
  1. Visit the Ohio Academy of Science ProjectBoard Page: Go to https://projectboard.world/oas.
  1. Access the Teacher Portal: Click on the 'Teacher Portal' button.
  1. Sign Up as a Teacher: Read through the information on the Teacher Portal. When you're ready to sign up, click on the 'START NOW!' button.
  1. Complete the Sign-Up Form: Fill in the required fields on the sign-up form and click on the 'CONTINUE' button.


  1. Provide Additional Information
After completing the sign-up form, you’ll be prompted to provide some additional details about yourself. 

Important Email Guidance
When registering, please use a personal email address. Avoid using a school-provided email, as many school domains block external communications. We will send important updates about the program to the email address you provide, so make sure it’s one you can access easily.
