How to Attach Forms and Documents to Your Project

When working on your project, it's crucial to organize and attach relevant forms, documents and files to ensure all necessary information is readily accessible when your project is being reviewed. Each project is divided into sections, each with its own title and capacity to hold up to 10 files. Here is what project sections look like:

Follow these steps to attach files and documents effectively:

1. Navigate to the Relevant Section:
- Identify the section where you want to add documents or forms related to your project.
- Sections are designated with titles that indicate their purpose. Choose the appropriate section based on the content you wish to attach.

2. Attach Files:
- Click on the the 'Edit Section' button on the top right of the section:

- You can upload up to 10 files per section.

- If there's a placeholder image in the section, consider replacing it with a relevant image to enhance the visual appeal of your project.
to replace an attached item on a section, click on the tile for that item and click 'Remove Attachment':

To add a new attachment click on the + icon and select the attachment type:
  1. To attach images or videos click on the 'image icon' on the left
  2. To add a link as an attachment, click on the link icon in the centre
  3. To attach any other type of file eg. pdf or .doc click on the icon on the file right

Note: If you are trying to attach a video or image to a section make sure the format is supported:

3. Saving Your Attachments:
- After adding all necessary attachments, click on the "Save" button located at the bottom of the section.
- This ensures that your attachments are properly saved within the section.

4. Verification:
- To confirm that your files have been saved, reopen the section.
- Check to ensure that all attachments are present and accessible.

Important Note:
- Avoid adding important forms and documents as comments within the section.
- The comment section is reserved for feedback from teachers and peers and does not get included when you submit your project.
- Utilize the designated attachment areas within each section for adding important files and documents related to your project.

By following these steps, you can efficiently attach documents and forms to your project, ensuring that all essential information is easily accessible and organized.
