How to Sort Projects Within Your Classes on ProjectBoard
We understand that managing numerous projects within a class can be challenging, especially when trying to locate a specific one. ProjectBoard offers a sorting feature to help you easily access, view, and organize your class projects.
Sorting Options:
You can sort projects by the following criteria:
- Project Owner's First Name
- Project Owner's Last Name (default)
- Project Type (project template. eg. science day, HBR, EDP, BSEF, STEP etc)
- Project Title
How to Sort Projects:
Go to Your Class Page:
- Log into your ProjectBoard account and navigate to the specific class you want to organize.
Use the "Sort By" Dropdown:
- On the class page, look for the "Sort By" dropdown located on the right-hand side.
- Click on the dropdown and select your preferred sorting option.
View Sorted Projects:
- The projects will be sorted according to your selected criteria, making it easier to find what you’re looking for.
Important Note:
The change in sorting order is temporary. Once you leave the class page, the sorting will revert to the default order, which is by the project owner’s last name. You’ll need to reapply the sorting option each time you access the class page.
This feature is designed to help you manage your projects more efficiently, ensuring that you can quickly find and organize the work in your classes.
