How to Update Your Registration Information as a Mentor on ProjectBoard
Log in to Your Account
Access Your Profile
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select Profile.
Edit Your Mentor Information
- On your Profile page, you’ll see a blue button labeled Mentor.
- Click on this button to access the forms you completed during registration.
Make Updates
- The forms will open, allowing you to update your personal information, skills, experiences, and program-specific details.
- Please note there are three forms. If you need to make changes to the third form, you must first complete and click the Submit and Finish button on the first two forms.
Save and Verify Your Changes
- After making your updates and clicking the Submit and Finish button, be sure to verify that your changes have been saved correctly.
- To do this, click on the Mentor button again and review the updated information on the forms.
Review Information Anytime
- At any time, you can confirm the information you originally provided by clicking the Mentor button and reviewing the filled-out forms.
Following these steps will ensure that your mentor profile is accurate and up to date on ProjectBoard. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact support.
