What is the difference between a DRAFT and LIVE event?

DRAFT - The state when an event cannot be seen by anyone except the admins. This is used to build and modify the event components
LIVE - The state when an event is visible to participants via a unique event URL. To change an event to LIVE most Event Builder components must be complete (General, Design & Branding, Project Templates, Resources, Timeline)

NOTE: Once an event is Live the URL & Project Templates cannot be modified

Can I extend the timeline after the event is live?
Yes! Event admins have the flexibility to extend the event timeline after it goes live.
Can I change my event status once it’s live?
Not at this time. Once your event is live, its status is fixed and cannot be changed through the platform. If you have any concerns or need to cancel, you can contact ProjectBoard+ at support@projectboard.world.
Can I change or delete a project template once my event is "Live"?
No. If you wish to change or delete a project template after your event has gone live, you will need to contact ProjectBoard+ support for assistance at support@projectboard.world.
What happens once I press "GO LIVE"?
Once you press "GO LIVE", your event will be instantly accessible to participants. You can share the event URL with them through the General section or by copying it from the top right on the Event Builder.
How do I preview my event as a Draft as I’m building it?
In Event Builder, click "Preview Event" button at the top right corner A new browser tab will open, showing you a preview of your event site
