How to Judge State Science Day Projects on ProjectBoard

ProjectBoard offers a structured platform for evaluating projects effectively. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process:

Step 1: Accessing Your Projects
  1. Go to ProjectBoard https://partner.projectboard.world/oas.
  2. Log in using your credentials. If you're already logged in, you'll find your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Navigate to "My Projects" to view projects assigned to you for judging under the "Projects to Judge" tab.

Step 2: Reviewing Project Details
  1. Click on a project to access its details.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the project content by exploring the sections, reading accompanying text, and reviewing attachments.

Step 3: Downloading the Rubric
  1. In the "Judging Rubric" area, download the rubric specific to the project by clicking the "Download" button.
  2. Ensure you have the rubric handy as you review the project content.

Step 4: Scoring the Project
  1. Input your scores on the downloaded rubric card.
  2. Fill in the scores only in the designated areas highlighted in red.
  3. Avoid altering any other sections of the document.
  4. Save the document once you've completed scoring.
    1. DO NOT change the file name as each file is specific to the project and filename includes project name.
    2. Make sure the file is in .XLSX format
Step 5: Uploading and Submitting the Rubric
Upload the completed rubric with your scores back to the project.

Verify that the total score is displayed in the judging rubric area.

Ensure the file is uploaded successfully. If not, double-check for errors such as uploading the wrong file format or using incorrect scores.

Once satisfied, submit your score.

Important Notes:
- Submitted rubrics are FINAL and cannot be changed, so ensure accuracy before submission.
- After submission, return to "My Projects" to proceed with judging the next project.
- Repeat Steps 1-5 for each project assigned to you.
